London, United Kingdom – November 2025 – GSK Bespoke Designs Ltd is delighted to announce that Villa Sueño, a private residence in Costa Rica designed by the studio, has been featured in Condé Nast Traveller’s “Best Places to Go in Central & South America 2026.” This recognition highlights the project’s distinctive blend of refined interior design, architectural sensitivity and sustainable lifestyle experience.

Design Concept: A Seamless Connection to Costa Rica’s Natural Environment

Set between jungle and ocean on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, Villa Sueño was designed around 180-degree panoramic views, full-height glass and fluid transitional spaces that erase the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The warm tropical climate and extraordinary biodiversity shaped the design strategy from the outset.

“Our intention was to create a home that frames nature rather than competes with it,” says Creative Director Giovanna Sessi-Knott.

The interior concept incorporates:

• Local craftsmanship and artisan-made pieces
• Organic materials including native woods, stone and textured finishes
• Soft, nature-inspired palettes that enhance tranquillity
• Bespoke, layered furnishings selected to harmonise with the landscape

The result is an atmosphere of serenity, renewal and immersive calm, where every space feels connected to the surrounding wildlife and horizon.

Where Interior Design Meets Hospitality Experience

Villa Sueño was developed as a hybrid between a private residence and a boutique-style retreat, a concept shaped by GSK Bespoke Designs to elevate the guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key design and spatial planning features include:

• Reimagining the architectural layout to optimise sightlines, privacy and natural light
• Creating spaces that support wellbeing, slow living and restorative rest
• Designing with an emphasis on flow, proportion and intuitive comfort
